if I was you and I was under mission of attaining Financial Freedom guess what I would definitely avoid these four people and that’s are the guys who I’m going to discuss on this board by the way guess what I don’t know whether you know this did you know that close to 75%

of people’s dreams well are achieved based on two things one of you I mean you see do you know even you you you are the problem to yourself two is the people whom you hang around who do you call your friends where do you hang around and all those kind of things so in short I’m saying

these are four people that you should avoid I should avoid actually if you’re in a mission of attaining the Financial Freedom all right let’s get to the business by the way if you’re watching me for the first time this is good Joseph I talk about investment money and anything

that you’re supposed to avoid as much as you can is somebody who has what we call employment employment mentality or mindset however you call it I’ve ever met somebody who once they get a job they are comfortable first of all even before we continue what is a Financial Freedom Financial

Freedom is reaching to a state where you don’t have to worry about money yes you think about money but you don’t worry about money those are two different things as as a human beings I do believe as long as we live in this world money going to be a thing that going to be crossing our

mind in one way or the other all right now the point is this when you’re on a mission of achieving that being in a state whereby you don’t have to worry about money you’re in a station whereby you yes you think about it you can eat you can drink you don’t have to engage

yourself physically in terms of working and what have you now that is what we call the financial freedom and let me tell you one secret that is not achieved by the comfort that is given by the employment so once you get or hang around with people who have this employment mindset all right somebody

whom you walk around has never told you hey do you invest oh do you watch good Joseph oh by the way have you ever thought about the bills have you ever about starting a business no matter how risky it is because let me tell you one thing everything that we do in this world it’s risky even us

living by the way I don’t know whether you know this the longer we live or those activities that we do each and every day we try as much as we can to make sure that we survive to see tomorrow so everything that we do is risky starting that business is risky getting kids is risky not getting

kids is risky you being born in existence is risky you cannot assure me that tomorrow morning you’ll be there you cannot sign a check and bet your last dollar even with your own life so you see everything actually engages risky so if you hang around with somebody who talks about being

employed and once they get the job they there is they already switch to the Comfort they don’t even joke their mind and what have you by the way have youever ask yourself there this guy who or these guys once they get employed they just remain comfortable they survive on you know uh small

Loans here and there and then they just educate their kids and once once they retire they retire having them they buil a home and that is it I mean I do believe there are some people whose mission is to just just get employed and they don’t want to have this houseold and pels

and buels but if you’re that kind of an individual please make sure that within your circle you radicate individuals who have this kind of mindset because I’m telling you if you try to change their mindset so that they can you know come to your s so that you can resonate together that

means time and that means you have to waste some of the time I’ve seen people who actually brought down their dreams because of the people whom they hang around and this is why they always talk please show me your friends and I’m going to Define who you are and BDS of a Feather they

flock together all right so those guys who have an employment mindset please keep them away and I’m not saying employment is being B please get that disclaimer employment after all it’s the primary source of the Income to most of the people and one everybody in one way

or the other they worked for somebody so there is nothing wrong you being employed but just get generating that Comfort or having that comfort from the word go that is where the problem is we go to the next point the next point is having this people who are called uh what do we call them people

there are people who we call them myopic have ever met this somebody who called myopic myopic are these people myopic I know with the name term or deduced from the term myop ISM this somebody who cannot literally see far but when you say myopic individuals these are guys who they really see beyond

one year they never see beyond 3 months there are some people who us see you know maximum one month they think about how they’re going to pay the rent of the next month they think how they going to pay the school fees for their kids for the next a week or whatever the thing it is they think

about how they can accumulate that money to go make that hair to go buy that nice shoe nice uh you know what do you call nice dressing and you know hang around that particular place hey how are we going to actually attend sometimes I’ve met some people who get disturbed by the fact that there

is a new you know club or bar that is being opened in about a week’s time or something of sort you know all those kind of things okay they just think this mentality of consumption or consumer mindset when are they going to hang around you know when the weekend going to reach and when the the

English Premier League actually be open and all those kind of things and I’m not saying it’s part to support and watch and do that kind of a thing it is okay but watch and do so with a mentality of yes I’m watching amazing I’m enjoying but at the same time I’m actually

looking my future you know or my future you know beyond one year Beyond two years Beyond three years and five and 10 and such kind of a thing and by the way you see these kind individuals whom we call them the myopic individuals in terms of the

style="font-weight: bold; color: #1a73e8; text-decoration: none;">Finances these are the guys if you sell them the idea that if you throw your 5,000 somewhere in an investment with an average turn of 13% per year continuously in a period of 10 years you have yourself a million they

always tell you in Kenya we say St is a ja simply meant like doesn’t make any sense you know and and basically these are the individual who criticizes every move in terms of for example somebody comes here and tell you hey you know what for example if I tell you like you know what I used to

paint I used to hustle here and there if I tell you my first CashNews.co I uploaded here I used my assist phone I didn’t even have a smartphone to upload that the moment I say that you’ll be like what you guys say and and then it’s true and it’s real you started somewhere

can you imagine whatever you’re doing right now maybe you’re you’re running a restaurant you started somewhere I know somebody who right now has a big restaurant and they started by selling to the guys who are doing the construction he cooks from his home and then he packs that

food and takes around to people or those sites where people are doing the construction right now as we speak is the guy who owns one of the biggest hotels uh should I say restaurants not hotels rather you there’s a difference you know and all those kind of things so the point is this you can

actually start somewhere try to see for example right now how about then you commit yourself for example at the beginning of this year we had and we still have a challenge of saving 100,000 Kenyan Shilling okay some of you or some people have never even seen that amount of money and today if you

give them that 100,000 has totally changed and transformed their life and if you know one thing if my life will be changed by 100,000 so and backk on doing anything possible provided it’s legal and humanly possible in achieving or towards achieving that particular amount of money so that you

actualize that what you want and then you can actually achieve that Financial Freedom but you know what some guys actually you know uh they switch off in between after two months you know the guy is overboard I mean is off the board and and all those kind of things and you get what I’m saying

so you can start a journey for example we started a journey in that group of mind with a lot of people right now some have actually dropped out you know they’re not there others they’re not even you get what I’m saying but the point is this and this is what I usually do the moment

we come together at the beginning everyone is hyped everyone want to achieve the dream and what have you the first one month everything is okay but the moment we clock the fourth month the fifth the sixth the seventh especially where we are right now this is the time now you can know hey you know

what this individual was actually serious and is still serious towards achieving that particular goal so that is what you’re supposed to ear understand as far as the myop ism is concerned as far as what we call you know investment is concerned so avoid myopic people when it comes to a journey

towards achieving the Financial Freedom okay now we go to the thir people or this that category of the people those are people who are not these people who are not on the same Mission as you same Mission as you okay same Mission as you you what do I mean you see it’s always good to understand

who you’re relating with what are their goals where are they heading why are they here what are they doing you see for example if you ask me the guys whom I hang around with I know what they want I know where they are heading I know almost everything that they are aiming in terms of the goal

I know I want to be here in 2 years time I want to be here in one years time in 5 years time this what I want I know them you know it’s good to understand okay I may not know those personal personal thing at a personal level like obviously there are some things that you don’t tell

everybody but at least generally you know this individual is headed somewhere and once they tell you this is where I’m headed then you ask yourself is the actions and behaviors and what they do related to that or just or or are they just saying this is where I’m going but they are not

accompanying that with actions and or you know do you understand what I’m talking about because if you do not understand where your friends are heading you might actually follow them blindly and the Destin would’t be necessarily the destination that you’re aiming to get in that

kind of lives okay the point is this avoid individuals whom you are not on the right direction or the same direction as you if your aim if your target is the Financial Freedom then you should actually align yourself with people whose aim and Target is actually achieving of the Financial Freedom

understand whom you’re hanging around with and that’s why we say you know um by the way I don’t know whether you know this did you know that Lions don’t hunt with hyenas they don’t hunt with hyenas because they aren’t on the same Mission you know they carot just

eat anything you know they just get on their way so that’s why you align yourself or the people of your same caliber so that at least whenever you are going towards that particular thing you’re getting the motivation you’re getting the Zeal you’re getting that charge you

know so that you go achieve that what you’re aiming to achieve and that is what we say please shake off those guys whom you’re saying they aren’t on the same Mission as you and align yourself with those guys who are on the same Mission as you and that way you’re going to

achieve that Financial Freedom that you are aiming out there okay and the last individual of course that you need to aim and I know this individual you know them very well do you remember that uh avoid that spendy fella you know remember that spendy fa yeah let me just let me just put it on quote

spend Feller spend Feller simply means this individual whose Target a goal is to just spend that what they have they don’t even care about tomorrow they don’t even care about what they are doing they just want to spend enjoy themselves and throw parties and what have you avoid these

guys who have the consumer mindset the moment they get the money I used to I love to give this example we used to work with somebody somewhere you know uh work work in the sense that um not really employment but sort of sort of a contracto things and what have you and the moment we get paid the

individual would actually show that see we get we used to be paid cash like you given your envelope with your money and whatever you so the guy would actually get into any nearest mall or any shop and whatever and the guy doesn’t mean have anything to buy he’s actually getting to that

particular place to look what he can buy you know there is a difference because when you have the money you want to buy something so you simply go to a certain particular place you want to buy something but this fell is going there to see what he can buy and that individual I mean that kind of an

individual tells you that he or she has a what we call the consumer mindset and this is a fell whom we say they have this spendy kind of a mindset and we have a lot of these fellas who actually they get the money they think about spending and that’s how they throw the parties and away and by

the time they realize they have squandered everything and they even go to the extra extra mile of actually borrowing to cater for their spendings and what have you please guys avoid that kind of an individual as much as you can so that at least you don’t get yourself into problems because if
