Infosys said that it has expanded its four-year collaboration with Old National Bank, the sixth largest commercial bank headquartered in the Midwest, for the digital transformation of the bank.
This development deepens their existing partnership, allowing Old National Bank to utilise Infosys’ services, solutions, and platforms for operational transformation and process digitisation through automation and Generative AI (GenAI) technologies, the IT major informed the exchanges.
Since 2020, Infosys has supported Old National Bank in modernising its digital landscape using a highly efficient, self-funding model. This has led to increased stability, resilience, and an improved client experience, contributing to the acceleration and sustainability of Old National Bank’s growth, Infosys said.
