KPMG Abogados advises Santander Consumer Finance on the acquisition of CLM Fleet Management #NewsUnitedStates

KPMG Abogados has counseled Santander Consumer Finance on the acquisition of CLM Fleet Management, providing assistance on the labor and tax due diligence processes.

The transaction consolidates the Santander group presence in UK´s car leasing sector with the acquisition of CLM Fleet Management, group that manages more than 10,000 vehicles.

The legal team was formed by Ramón Mouriño (labor director), Marta Gracia (labor manager), Ricardo Valencia (tax director) and Andrés Winkelmann (tax manager).
