Ranking Side Hustles That Paid Me $500K | BEST and WORST #Finance

I’ve tried a lot of side hustles over the years and in this CashNews.co I’m going to take you into some of the businesses I run right now along with hustles I’ve tried in the past and then rate them from best to worst selling on Etsy is a business I tried for the first

time this year across two different stores the first one wasn’t really a success since I sold trendy print on demand t-shirts which is possibly the most saturated Niche you can get into in 60 days I earned around $400 in sales but after high product cost shipping Etsy fees and Etsy ads I

about broke even but things kind of turned around recently when I tried selling stained glass art designs on my Etsy page in about an hour of work I listed five different stained glass art designs like this or like this on my Etsy profile that I’m Drop Shipping from AliExpress for quite the

Profit margin and to my surprise over the last few weeks quite a few sales have come in with nine total orders Accounting for $259 in Revenue but this time the Profit margin is a lot higher since I only spent $42.39 on product cost

and Etsy fees and ads added $984 in expenses for a total Profit of $118 25 now those results aren’t anything crazy but it just goes to show that this product actually worked with barely any effort put in on my part and if I wanted to take things to the next level I’d

order these suncatchers in bulk from either AliExpress or Alibaba to ensure better quality for customers faster shipping times and Etsy is all about giving that small business online boutique feels so Drop Shipping from China definitely doesn’t align with that Vision so with that said we are

going to put Etsy in as a c tier side hustle I’ve never personally scaled a store to crazy numbers but I can definitely see how people are making a full-time Income on the platform also I gave you guys a pretty Banger product idea to try out since I’m probably not going

to scale this Suncatcher store with the limited time I have but moving on side hustle number two is renting cars out on turo for those of you who saw my last CashNews.co you know that I spent over $20,000 on a car specifically to rent out on the platform and here’s an update for you the turo

car just got back from its first trip a couple days ago and after making $1 14434 from that trip the car is about to go out on yet another trip but this time we’re going to be dropping it off at the airport so the first thing we have to do is take a bunch of photos of the vehicle both inside

and out and then we’re going to drop it off at the airport for it to go on its second ever rental taking quality photos is one of the most important parts of a turle rental because that way if the car is damaged on a trip you have photo proof it wasn’t damaged before now that we

finished taking photos of the car we’re going to go ahead and enter in the mileage on this car’s odometer which is 434 Mi it has a full tank of gas and now we’re going to go ahead and take it to the airport luckily I only live about 5 minutes away press on screen welcome please

take your ticket all right guys we just made it to the parking lot now I just need to find a parking spot to put this car in and then I’m going to text over the guest where exactly this car is parked at perfect I found a good ass spot now that we’ve got the turo car parked at the

airport what we’re going to go ahead and do first is put the lock boox on the vehicle so let’s close this lock boox up change the numbers around and with that done we’re going to go ahead and put our lock boox on the car’s window and roll the window back up and boom

it’s set to go the total earnings on this trip came out to $666 but that’s not all Profit this time since I also have to pay for parking at the airport the parking at this lot is only about $2 an hour so I left $5 in the cup holder which should more than cover it but

now guys that we’re leaving the turo car behind at the airport we have to go ahead and book an Uber and by the way the cost of the Uber home comes out to $14.93 leaving us with a total Profit of around $145 on this trip now let’s head home those of you guys who are new

to the channel might be surprised that this isn’t my first turo car in fact I was pretty involved in the business from February of 2022 up until the middle of 2023 when I sold all of my turo cars and put more money down on the house I bought with that in mind I’m going to put turo in as

a b tier side hustle not a because it takes a decent chunk of change to get into and at least in my opinion turo customer service absolutely sucks and so does their support turd’s host so longterm the goal should always be to transition into private rentals and form your own rental car

company but with that being said before I give you guys more updates on the businesses I’m running and the ranking on this list as entrepreneurs a lot of times we’ve got a lot going on and sometimes the last thing we want to do is take some time in the middle of everything to cook if

you’re broke if you’re not a millionaire the last thing you should be doing with your time is cooking so that’s why I’m excited to work with Factor who delivers fresh nutritious Chef prepared food to your doorstep with meals ready to eat in Just 2 minutes one thing about me

is I hate going shopping Target recently told me that I can’t bring my dog with to the store anymore and that’s a deal breaker but luckily now with factor I can get fresh meals delivered to my doorstep and focus on whatever things I need to get done in a day without having to leave my

dog home alone to go grocery shopping and when it comes to meals not everyone wants to eat the same thing so that’s why Factor offers 35 different highquality meal options every single week for you to choose from from Gourmet to calorie smart or for the vegan or keto people out there factors

also got you covered so head to factor75.com or click the top link below and use code wool 50 to get 50% off your first box and 20% off your next month of orders that’s code wolf 50 at factor75.com to get 50% off your first box and 20% off your next month of orders but now that you guys have

your meals covered it’s now the next day and it’s time to collect from the vending machine location it’s only been a week or so since the last collection so I’m not expecting anything too crazy taking a look at the machine not too many slots sold out just one slot for the

candy both Mountain Dew slots here and then another Mountain Dew slot down there also sold out Mountain Dew is by far the most popular drink at this location but now opening the machine up the first thing we’re going to go ahead and do is collect the C and to do that we just got to go over to

this compartment right here and pop off the bill acceptor now opening up the bill acceptor you guys can see we got a decent stack of cash look at all those ones I’ll definitely take that for one week this is a pretty good amount of money but now going over to the change collector you guys can

see we also got some change this week a lot of Dimes after counting up all the bills we have $58 in cash and all of the change down here comes out to $2 but now that we’ve collected the money it’s time to restock this machine since getting this first vending machine location I’ve

been promising you guys for over a month that I’m about to lock in a second location and unfortunately I have some good news and some bad news for you guys the bad news is the principal of the school I’ve been talking to hasn’t gotten back to me I texted her a few days ago asking

for an update on a potential location inside of the school and she did not respond it’s been well over a month since this approval process began and the principal has still yet to reach out to me and say that the location is good to bring a machine so at this point I’ve kind of mentally

moved on but if she reaches back out I’ll still try and make it happen but nonetheless this first location brought in over $400 in sales in the last 30 days if you also account for Credit card and Apple pay and to expand this business later today I’m going to be placing

a vending machine that sells Vapes inside its first ever location at a bar in my local area and if you guys take a look at this machine it’s literally like a giant iPad where you can purchase whatever Vape you want for just $25 and the cost is just $8 to $10 per unit upon meeting with the bar

owner I found out I have to get two different permits to be able to put this machine in bars or nightclubs in my city legally and although I have some places is potentially interested in machines like this it will take some time to get everything rolling with the city so guys stay tuned I’m

pretty sure this is going to be a banger CashNews.co and now let’s rank vending as a side hustle on our tier list I’m going to put Vending in as honestly an a tier side hustle it’s not crazy expensive to get into and you’re only spending money on a machine once you already

secure a location so you’re pretty likely to make your money back from the Cash Flow on the machine and quickly ranking some of these other hustles like lime scooter charging I’m going to put it in C tier It’s relatively Profitable but

you’re simply trading your time for money and it’s pretty difficult ult to scale now for door Dash I’m going to put it in F tier I’m sorry to say this but you’re pretty much better off doing anything else and you’d make a higher daily rate also I hate driving so

I think that kind of plays into it now moving on YouTube and Shopify are similar in the sense that things can either go really well or you make no money at all there’s no set path for how to be successful in these business models it’s just something you have to be passionate about and

consistent effort over time will help you find success so with that being said obviously since I love doing YouTube I’m going to have to put it in a tier and for Shopify I’m going to say C tier here since it’s a highrisk high reward Endeavor on that note I just got the turtle car

back from its last trip and it’s about to go in another booking tomorrow at 9:00 a.m. after a little bit of vacuuming you guys can see the car is almost fully clean now I took some photos of it to document the condition beforehand but now guys heading back into the house I also got a really

annoying trip books that I don’t want to fulfill the trip is for a whopping 49 days as you guys can see and when we scroll down you can see the total earnings are just $790 72 after turo fees turo was trying to force hosts to give these massive 50 to 70% discounts for guest booking long trips

I didn’t realize I had those monthly discounts active and I was completely unable to remove it until I got rid of the monthly mileage limit on my car for trips over 30 days which was previously set at 1,800 mies but now I just keep it at the limit of 200 m per day now I have way lower

discounts on my car so the next time I get a booking for 49 days it’s going to be way more Profitable and now to cancel this low-Income turo trip without getting a ding on my record I texted the guest saying I can’t rent to him since the car got into an

accident then I went on the turo app and said hey sorry it’s not going to work out for us dot dot dot I’ll get in touch with turo and have it cancelled does that sound good to you he said no problem thanks for letting me know now I can call turo and say that the cancellation was Mutual

even though I just didn’t want to rent to him since it wouldn’t make me enough money after a quick call to turo support the trip was successfully cancelled so right now I’ll be proceeding with the cancellation on that note I’ve seriously tried so many side hustles that this

CashNews.co could be over an hour long so to quickly rank some more of these e would be in B tier my eBay Drop Shipping Store is sitting at almost $2,000 in sales or $450 in Profit after running the store for 2 months I’ll have a more in-depth update for you guys soon next up

day trading would go in D tier it’s still better than door Dash though and finally I’ll put Bitcoin mining in B tier pallet flipping in c-tier and let’s say for affiliate marketing I’ll put it in B tier it works really well when combined with other business models like

YouTube or if you have your own blog thank you guys so much for watching be sure to drop a like if you enjoyed this CashNews.co and peace out
