7 FREE Finance Resources That Guarantee Top Finance Jobs for Students #Finance

Hi guys and welcome back to the channel Many of you may have an interest in the field of Finance. But sometimes it seems that there are so many resources How do we

decide that which resource out of so many resources will help us? If anyone among you wants to get a Finance job or even also wants to crack MBA so these resources will

definitely help you and let me also share literally, I have no interest in Finance I am not the one recommending these resources. Many of these resources were taught to us in

IIMs, were also recommended. Apart from that, I had put a post on Linkedin that people who are interested in Finance what resources do they use? There were a lot of

resources, in fact, I will list them at the end of this CashNews.co. I have picked the top 7 out of them And every resource will give different types of knowledge. So let us start with the very first one the most popular one, which is Finshots Finshot is actually an initiative of the alumni of IIM

Ahmedabad where they wanted to present this complicated knowledge of Finance in very simple way. If you subscribe to Finshot’s newsletter, which is absolutely free. So

every day you will get a single finshots a very simple topic on Finance which will be presented very well and explained graphically. The second resource was WallStreetMojo

You get many free resources on this website I was surprised that there is so much information collated on one website. so for example If I click on the Investment Banking module, so there are so many sub-topics available on it. Let’s say I picked Economics Resources out of

them I can simply check all the terms of economics, I click on anyone, and then all the details will come. Many students when they join MBA College and they say that we do not know all these terms you can check it on this website The third important resource is Zerodha Varsity There are many free

modules available in this. but the major difference between this resource and the previous resource is you get CashNews.cos in this. If you want to learn about anything as Stock Market, simply click on it You will get all the CashNews.cos one by one to access them you don’t

have to sign up because all these CashNews.cos are uploaded on their YouTube channel By simply accessing it, you can learn about the many topics you want to learn. The fourth resource is the Youtube Channel of Aswath Damodaran. This professor is one of the most renowned

href="https://cashnews.co/finance" style="font-weight: bold; color: #1a73e8; text-decoration: none;">Finance personalities and in every IIM, his books, CashNews.cos, his resources are used. On his YouTube channel If you go to the playlist section there are 2 such playlists which are

the most popular By using this any person prepares for a Finance interview. The first type of playlist is called Valuation and the second one is corporate

Finance. These are updated every year. If you want, you can also check out the recent ones or watch the old CashNews.cos too. The fifth resource is Wall Street School YouTube

channel. This is a great YouTube channel, where you learn Finance in simple words and it has a particular playlist related to Excel If you want to learn excel for

href="https://cashnews.co/finance" style="font-weight: bold; color: #1a73e8; text-decoration: none;">Finance then I would recommend you to check out this playlist The sixth resource is NISM certifications this stands for the National Institute of Securities

href="https://cashnews.co/markets" style="font-weight: bold; color: #1a73e8; text-decoration: none;">Markets which is an initiative of SEBI There are many such certifications in this which are paid certificates The cost of each exam is approx Rs 1500. But out of these, there are 2 such

certificates which were highly recommended. The first of which is Derivatives and the second one is the Research Analyst If you want to get certification along with knowledge then you can check out this resource It also has a lot of value in your resume. The seventh resource is CFI Courses which

are the courses of the Corporate Finance Institute The courses and certifications available on their website are quite expensive. But I found 2 such courses which are absolutely free. If

someone wants to learn Accounting and Finance basics then they are good courses to do. So first of all, click on the free courses button on their website and

then you have to click on level 2 on the left side Then you will see these 2 courses The first is Accounting Fundamentals and the second one is Reading Financial Statements Both of these will help you a lot The Reading Financial Statements course

is specifically recommended for engineers those who are going to do an MBA so these are some of the resources, other than this I am listing some recommendations that were shared with me If you want to recommend some resources which are not in this list then do let me know in the comments Thank you

so much for watching this CashNews.co, guys! 🙂

  5. Hi Shweta!
I got selected at TISS for their Organization Development, Change and Leadership program.
It's a niche specialization in HR domain.

I also have offer from XIMB for their Business management program. It's a General MBA.

I have 4 years of work ex as Production engineer .

Which one is a better option? I am really confused about choosing between a Niche course and a general course.

    Can you please help me?

Others can also share their views. I highly appreciate them.
