Helen Wong started her career in 1984 as a management trainee at OCBC, Singapore’s second-largest bank. Nearly four decades later, OCBC named her as its CEO, making her the first woman to run a Singaporean bank. In between, Wong scaled the ranks at HSBC, ultimately serving as CEO of Greater China.
