Bajaj Housing Finance IPO Listing Live | What to expect from Bajaj Housing IPO listing
“We’re expecting a premium of 80-100% at listing, which can take up the estimated valuation to 5.6-5.7 times Price to Book, which is expensive compared to peers,” said Krishna Appala, senior research analyst, Capitalmind Research.
At its IPO price, Bajaj Housing Finance was fairly valued at a P/B ratio of about 2.8 times, he said.
“Even after having strong parentage, a history of prudent lending, and expectation of 20-25% growth in the coming years, a heavy premium at listing would take away whatever was left on the table for investors.”
