Catella Corporate Finance has strengthened its corporate finance team with the recruitment of Bengt Claesson as a new partner who will take office in January 2025.
Claesson comes most recently from SEB and gives Catella increased strength in qualified advice for capital market and M&A deals as well as larger transactions.
Claesson spent more than 15 years at SEB in various stages and he is currently responsible for a number of the bank’s largest customers in the real estate segment. Claesson previously held the position of head of Business Development at Hemfosa, where he was, among other things, responsible for the IPO of Nyfosa and head of Strategy and M&A at NCC.
