MFS recently held its first in-house CPD event, “Bridge Fusion 101,” which drew nearly 50 brokers and industry professionals. The event featured presentations and Q&A sessions that highlighted the lender’s new Bridge Fusion product. Participants also earned CPD hours while strengthening their relationships with the company. MFS plans to host more CPD events in the future.
Based in London, MFS has been in operation since 2006, specialising in bridging loans and buy-to-let mortgages. The lender handles large and complex loans, offering amounts of up to £50 million with terms ranging from three to 24 months.
