Ms. McAdams earned an Associate of Science in 2003, providing her with a foundation for a career. She started her career as a Medical Technologist, where she developed strong analytical and problem-solving skills. She then transitioned into a finance career after moving to New York City. She leveraged these abilities and quickly excelled, earning both her Series 7 and 63 certifications from Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). This important shift allowed her to merge her technical expertise, leading to her career in finance and corporate access.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Ms. McAdams is actively involved in civic-minded organizations.
