Mr. Howard’s career showcases his leadership across various divisions at U.S. Bank, Civista Bank, and most recently First Financial Bank where he consistently drives results and innovation. His commitment to professional growth was evident from the very start, beginning with his selection for the prestigious internship at Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company. He later honed his expertise through U.S. Bank’s highly regarded Leadership Development Program, gaining invaluable insight into the operational strategies and inner workings of the United States banking industry. Academically, Mr. Howard holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Raj Soin College of Business at Wright State University, earned in 2011. Beyond his formal education, he attributes his success to the hardworking example set by his parents, who instilled in him a drive to provide better opportunities for his own family.
In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Howard is a dedicated community leader. He serves on the Southwest Ohio Executive Council for Prevent Blindness Ohio, the Dayton Performing Arts Alliance board of trustees, and the Ignite Peace board of directors. His commitment to civic engagement extends also to his work with the Wright State Alumni Association where he serves on the Finance Committee and will be joining the Board in late 2024.
Mr. Howard takes great pride in his extensive civic contributions, especially the work he has done for those less fortunate. Among his proudest achievements was in 2016, when in collaboration with the United Way of Cincinnati, he spearheaded alongside multiple other professionals via the SHIFT program, a mobile food solution to combat childhood hunger in Cincinnati.
Throughout his career, Mr. Howard has earned numerous accolades, including selection into Leadership Dayton by the Dayton Chamber of Commerce, multiple pinnacle awards by U.S. Bank, selection into Cincy Next by the Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce in 2015 and multiple other professional awards.
In his personal life, Mr. Howard enjoys traveling, getting outside in nature, being in the gym, and reading when he has time. He is deeply devoted to his beautiful wife Kalpna, and their daughter Gia, who are at the heart of all he does.
