The promotion comes as Puma reaches a milestone of funding over £2 billion in property developments and introduces its Impact Lending Framework, which offers financial incentives for developers to deliver sustainable projects.
At short-term lender Signature Property Finance, Richard Winston (pictured second from left) has been appointed relationship manager for the South East of England.
Winston, who has over 20 years of experience with firms such as HSBC and Cynergy Bank, will focus on expanding Signature’s presence in the region. His role supports Signature’s ongoing growth, as the firm continues to add key personnel to deliver on its strategic goals.
Meanwhile, specialist lender West One Loans has expanded its business development team with the addition of Jodie Worswick (pictured second from right) and Liam Nugent (pictured far right).
Worswick, who will cover the North West and South Yorkshire, joins from Crystal Specialist Finance. Nugent, responsible for the South of England, previously worked at Bluestone Mortgages.
