Montclair School Board Election: See Latest Campaign Finance Totals #NewsUnitedStates

MONTCLAIR, NJ — Candidates in Montclair’s 2024 school board race have raised a combined $11,500 in political contributions so far, according to the latest state campaign finance reports.

There are six people competing for three open seats on the Montclair Board of Education in the Nov. 5 general election: Eric Scherzer, Jada Roman, Sean Long, June Raegner, Andrew Gideon, and Holly Shaw. See Related: Voting In Montclair For 2024 Election (What To Know)

According to the New Jersey Election Law Enforcement Commission (ELEC), candidate finance report deadlines fall on Oct. 7, Oct. 25 and Nov. 25 this year. Any contribution received in excess of $200 in the aggregate from one source and any amount of cash is required to be reported in detail.
